Dynamic variability of green packaging
Because the green packaging system is a controllable, open and dynamic system, its standards will continue to improve with the development of science and technology and production, that is to say, the comparison of any thing and material is always relative. For example, compared with paper and plastic, plastic is more difficult to recycle, and it is even more difficult to weather automatically. It takes 200 to 400 years to degrade, while most of the paper is easy to recycle and can quickly weather and blend into nature. Of course, it is convincing to say that paper packaging is green packaging. However, with the development of science and technology, various degradable plastics have emerged, which can be recycled and degraded, and do not pollute during production. Compared with the early papermaking pollution of paper packaging, the green standard of this paper is worse. New materials are always emerging in an endless stream, saving resources and energy, without polluting the environment, and without harming human health, so the green standard will become higher and higher. Another example is the new and popular composite packaging materials, which are composites of metal, paper and plastic. Since most of this packaging is difficult to separate, it is extremely difficult to recycle and process. It is undoubtedly classified as non-green packaging and polluting packaging. However, with the rapid development of high technology in the world, my country and some developed countries have made progress in the research of separation technology of composite materials. Japan has also recently developed a new technology that can separate composite materials, so the recycling of composite packaging materials has become possible, which is also called green packaging.
